What is expected of me as a wedding professional receiving inquiries on Zola?

Zola is striving to create a better inquiry experience for both vendors and couples. We are working hard on our end to build a platform that enables this, but we depend on our vendors to be timely, responsive, and respectful.

We expect our vendors to respond to a new inquiry within a few days of receiving it. We understand that you are busy, so inquiries will remain open for 14 days before expiring, but it is important that you do not leave a couple hanging. You can respond by either connecting with the couple or gently declining. If you fail to respond to 3 or more inquiries, your listing will be placed under review and may be subject to suspension or other action.
