What is Zola store credit?

Zola store credit is credit that can be applied toward the purchase of items from the Zola store at checkout.

There are two types of Zola store credit:

(1) Zola store credit that you receive as a result of converting an item to store credit, redeeming a digital Zola gift card, or returning a gift within that gift's return policy . A few things to keep in mind:

  • This credit is Zola Stored Value, never expires, and can be used towards any physical product or experience in Zola’s store.
  • This credit cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward items purchased from another store.
  • This credit cannot be used to purchase a cash fund gift on Zola.com.
  • This credit cannot be used to purchase a digital Zola gift card.
  • This credit cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.

(2) Zola store credit that you receive as a result of a marketing promotion, coupon, or 5% cash fund conversion bonus (more on that below). A few things to keep in mind:

  • This credit has varying expiration dates. You can check the balance of your credits and associated expiration dates anytime in your account settings.
  • This credit cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward items purchased from another store.
  • This credit cannot be used to purchase a cash fund gift on Zola.com.
  • This credit cannot be used to purchase a digital Zola gift card.
  • This credit cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
