Ready to build your seating chart? Great! You can use the steps below to get started. If you're not sure where to begin don't worry we've got you covered with some expert advice on creating seating charts.
Go to your Events page - which can be found in the More Tools tab.
Note: If you haven't created an event this tool is not available.
On your Events page you’ll see in each event that there is the option to Create Seating Chart.
Next you’ll be asked to create a seating chart. You can add as many sets of tables as you need! Don't worry if you add too many or not enough, you can add or remove tables later too.
Now the fun begins! You’ll see your guest list on the left side of the screen. From this section you can search for specific guests, filter your guest list , and add additional guests. To create your tables simply drag and drop your guests individually or select multiple guests and add them all to the same table.
We’ll autosave your progress so you don’t have to worry about stopping or losing your hard work!
When you’re finished and ready to use your seating chart you can download it as a PDF to print out or have handy on your phone or tablet.
