Yes! Within 24 hours of booking your honeymoon, if you find an everyday lower price on a qualifying rate offered by an approved site (see below), reach out to your honeymoon planner and we'll adjust the price to match it. Please note that you must provide proof of the lower rate in your email.
To qualify for our price matching policy, the rate must be publicly visible with the same property, stay dates, length of stay or activity, room or activity type, cancellation policy, and included amenities. The rate must also be available at the time of your price matching request.
Our list of approved sites includes:
- A hotel or business’ own website
Price matching excludes:
- Items on sale (including clearance, sitewide, or unspecific offers)
- Prices on websites that do not disclose the brand, hotel, or room type until the reservation is completed
- Prices that are not directly bookable
- Prices that are only visible on websites after you log in
- Prices that are reflective of unauthorized reselling of a confirmed reservation
- Prices that require a special membership or affiliation to book
- Promotional prices (including Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday)
- Sites that do not provide an immediate confirmation upon submitting the reservation request
Price matching cannot be combined with your 20% post-wedding discount.
Price matching also excludes typographical errors, limited-time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, and free items.
