For most orders placed on Zola's website, we offer free ground shipping. Free shipping is not available for some items (such as furniture) that have a delivery surcharge due to the size, weight or special handling requirements. To give you the fairest price possible, the delivery surcharge is calculated based on our anticipated cost to deliver that item to you.
Details on an item's delivery surcharge can be found in the "Shipping & Returns" section on each product page. If the couple is directing you to another website to purchase, Zola's free shipping policy does not apply. At that point, you will be subject to the shipping policy of that store.
We also offer free returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola, so feel free to change your mind! Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Perishable items, gift cards, redeemed experiences, monogrammed items, and custom-ordered items are final sale and not eligible for return.
If you are unsure about whether your item is eligible for return, you can either check the product description page, go to our Gift Tracker tool and check for a return button next to your gift, or email [email protected]. Please note that items purchased from other websites (via a Zola registry or wedding website) are subject to the return policy of the store where they were purchased.
If you are returning a gift you received from someone else, your refund will be in the form of Zola store credit. If you are returning an item you purchased yourself, we will refund your original form of payment.
To start a return that you received as a gift, head to Gift Tracker and select "Return." To start a return on an item you purchased, go to "Orders You've Placed" in your account settings.
