Yes! We are proud to offer free ground shipping on most items sold on Zola. We also offer free, easy returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. We will email you a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Free shipping is not available on some items (such as furniture) that have a delivery surcharge due to the size, weight, or special handling necessary to make sure your order arrives safely. You can learn more about our shipping policy here.
If you’re returning a gift you received from someone else, we’ll refund you in the form of Zola store credit. If you’re returning an item you purchased yourself, we’ll refund your original form of payment. You can learn more about our return policy here.
If you’re unsure about whether your item is eligible for return or if there is a delivery surcharge, you can check the product description page in the “Shipping & Returns” section (see screenshot below) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re happy to help.
To return a gift you received off your registry, head to your gift tracker and select “Return.” You’ll receive your refund in the form of Zola store credit. This credit will never expire and you can put it towards any of the 50,000 gifts in our store.
To return an item you purchased yourself, head to “Orders You’ve Placed” and select “Return.” We’ll refund your original form of payment.
Note: For items purchased in our Wedding Shop, the return policy varies and may be shorter than 90 days due to the nature of these items. We encourage you to check the “Shipping & Returns” section on the item’s product description page (see screenshot below).
