If you opt to ship your order directly to the couple (it's the default setting in checkout), we will not provide you with tracking information.
One of the benefits of Zola is that we allow couples to hold the shipment of their gifts until they are ready. We know the months leading up to the wedding are a busy time. Many couples plan to travel or move into a new home after the wedding, and don’t want gifts showing up if they aren’t home. But rest assured the couple has been notified of your gift!
Therefore, if you purchased a wedding gift, you will not get a tracking number - the couple will receive a tracking number when they choose to ship your gift, and an email notification of your gift.
If you shiped the gift to yourself, you should receive a tracking number. This may take up to 3 business days. If you still don't have a tracking number, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number.
