If you choose to ship a gift directly to the couple (this is the default), we’ll send tracking information to the couple instead of you. This is because at Zola, we let couples choose when to ship their gifts home. That way they can avoid gifts randomly showing up on their doorstep (and potentially getting stolen) and towers of boxes at home the days surrounding their wedding day. But, rest assured, we’ll notify the couple of your generous gift.
If you choose to ship the gift to another address (like your own), we’ll email your tracking information to the address you provided. Please note that tracking information can take up to three business days to compile.
