We don’t receive specific error messages from your bank—but based on the most common issues we've seen, we’ve put together some key tips :
•Enter in one name only, even if it's a joint account.
•Enter your full name with your middle initial or name if your bank account also includes your middle initial or name
•Verify you have not used a savings account, because we can only make deposits to a checking account.
•Enter the billing address associated with your bank account.
•Know that we can only make deposits to U.S. bank accounts associated with a U.S. mailing address.
•Know that Bank of America accounts have a routing number for electronic transfers that is different than the routing number printed on your paper checks. Please make sure you are using the routing number for electronic payments.
