If you’re a couple who has received a damaged gift, head to your gift tracker and select “Return” next to the damaged gift. Under “Why are you returning this?” select “The item arrived damaged” and upload a photo of the damage when prompted. We’ll be in touch with more details after you submit.
If you’re a wedding guest and have received a damaged gift, please take a photo of the damaged area and send it to us via email with your order number and an address for where you would like us to send a replacement.
