Oh no, we are sorry about that! We're happy to replace any damaged items you received. You have 30 days from delivery, to request a replacement order.
To get the replacement process started yourself, head to the Gift Tracker and select "Return." To request a replacement on an item you purchased, go to "Orders You've Placed" in your account settings and click "Return" there.
If you need any help, you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damage.
