What happens if a Group Gift isn’t completely funded?

Some group gifts on your Registry may not be fully funded by guests:

No worries! If your group gift wasn't completely funded, you'll still receive the amount that was gifted to you in the form of Zola store credit. This credit never expires, so you can use it on any of the 50,000 gifts in our store when you are ready!

Just contact our support team if a group gift was not 100% funded and we’ll drop the store credit into your account!

If you registered for a cash fund that allows guests to contribute any amount they wish, you’ll receive whatever amount has been gifted to you in cash. You can transfer these funds to your United States checking account or convert them to Zola store credit (with a 5% bonus!). You can learn more about cash funds here and Zola store credit here.
