Our online RSVP feature is linked to your Guest List.
So in order to start using the feature, you first have to build your guest list using our simple tool, and make sure you choose what events your guests are invited to. Make sure all your guests' names are added and they are marked as "Definitely Invited."
To set up online RSVPs on your wedding website, follow these steps:
- Visit "Edit Pages" under "Website"
- Click on the "RSVP" page
- Click the pencil icon next to the events you want guests to RSVP online to, scroll down to "Website Settings," and make sure the toggle says "Yes" next to "Allow guests to RSVP on website"
- Consider if you'd like to ask your guests about their meal preferences for each event, and enter the options they can choose from
- Ask any other questions to your guests that you'd like (be sure to check out "Common Questions Asked By Zola Couples" for inspiration)
If you do not want to let guests RSVP online for an event, just make sure you select "No" next to "Allow guests to RSVP on website."
