You can only dispute a review if it meets the criteria listed above. This means you can't dispute any review that:

- Was written over 12 months ago
- Contains incorrect information that does not impact the substance of the review, such as an incorrect date.
- Presents a difference of opinion - no one’s opinion is right or wrong, so we won’t discuss those during a dispute
- Has already been disputed and determined to be appropriate – you may only dispute a review once and once our team has made a determination, the review is no longer eligible for disputes.
